Please note: Our whipped body butters are made with natural, heat-sensitive ingredients and may soften or melt during shipping to warmer climates.

If your butter arrives melted, simply place it in the refrigerator until solid, then re-whip using a hand or stand mixer to restore its fluffy texture.

This is a normal reaction for organic, preservative-free products and does not affect performance.
